The lifestyle reset program is an educational wellness program created to encourage personal health responsibility and awareness in the individuals enrolled in the program. This 12-week program is a lifestyle transformation series designed to educate the clients on how to reset their bodies for optimal health. It is tailored to give participants a ready support system as they make their way through the program however individualized sessions are encouraged to provide each enrollee with added advice that will help to optimize their personal health journey. Detoxification is a normal part of our body’s natural process. Organs such as the colon, liver, kidneys, lungs, lymph and skin are all responsible for the automatic functions of neutralizing and eliminating toxins from the body. Unfortunately due to the chemical pollution of our air, water and sadly our food our bodies now have a considerably harder time eliminating toxins. Our body systems and organs that before were capable of ridding our body of unwanted substances are now completely over-loaded. Due to this toxic substances remain inside our tissues. Our bodies then try to protect us from the dangerous substances by setting it aside, surrounding it with mucous and fat so that it will not cause an imbalance or trigger an immune response. Therefore some people carry up to 15 extra pounds of mucous and/fat that harbors this waste.
